Producer / Showrunner — Orchestrate schedule, story beats, call sheets, releases, and crew so each “ask” turns into an entertaining episode.
Video Editor — Take all the footage and turn it into the product the producer envisioned and shorts.
Videographer — Capture training, safety drills, and attempt day (above/below water as able) and manage clean footage handoff.
Copywriter / Blogger — Write short scripts, captions, and a weekly 500–700 word “Lessons in Asking” and adventure update post from interviews/notes.
Social Media Manager — Post clips, write captions/hashtags, reply to top comments, and report simple weekly metrics.
Graphic Designer — Create the series opener, lower-thirds, thumbnail templates, and a few simple event/sponsor graphics.
Safety Lead (freedive/dive/med) — Freedive Training, set safety plan, abort criteria, and O₂ coverage; supervise drills and coordinate spotters.
Boat Captain/Owner — Provide a reliable vessel and captain for a 3–4 hr window; handle comms, positioning, and basic permits.
Grant Scout / Grant Writer — Find aligned micro-grants and draft quick LOIs/proposals; keep a simple grants calendar on deadline.
Sponsor Scout / Partnerships — Build a target list, run outreach, and close $5k–$10k sponsorship packages; track pipeline to signed deals.
